Using different technologies, the clients can explore the branch, inspired to the landscape of glasshouses, and discover products and services through an ‘Avatar’ that can help them reach their financial goals.

BIM 3D DESIGN
DRAFTING OF TENDER DOCUMENTATION AND MEP DESIGN
Output of the RFP documents, including technical drawings, renders and BOQ through the model
Facilitate the remote collaboration with client’s MEP and other consultants wether they use BIM or not;
Start from a 3d scan of the locations, minimizing errors and on-site adaptations;
Create precise BOQ and specific suppliers orders, augment the overall precision and avoid delays.
Manage timing and modifications effectively in the phases of artistical and technical supervision
Efficient the time-management of each construction sites, through the analysis of construction phases
Avoid delays through a precise supplies scheduling
Decrease necessity of on-site meetings with client stakeholders and MEP thus increasing efficiency and diminishing travel costs
DRAFTING OF MANUALS FOR THE ROLLOUT
The use of 3d models to elaborate the manuals for the rollout will make it easier to describe and undertand its contents, in terms of:
Environmental branding use;
Space adaptation criteria;
Main areas eand elements features and characteristics;
Architectural materials, details and elements use;
Custom elements dimensions, use, option , etc.
