A branding operation to enhance Crédit Agricole values and positioning in its most important and historical branches, based on a human centric approach, the historical enhancementof each specific location, a premium character and a unique retail customer experience.
The first City Branch was realized in MIlan.

INTEGRATION WITHIN HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURE
The branch lies in an historical building, which encompassed a strong renovation in the 70’s. Both this aspects were taken in account while developing the architectural details of the project, in order to, on one side, strengthen the bond with the original character of the building and context, on the other side, maintain a line of continuity with its history.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SCHEDULING
The whole renovation had to be compressed in a period of 6 weeks in order to minimize the impact on client’s service.
Detailed works and supply furniture, combined with on-site problem-solving were fundamental to achieve this challenging goal while assuring the quality of the final result.
