Drawing from our retail expertise, we help adapting the existing concept in order to allow for modular application, look&feel update.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

We manage the required activities in order to initiate, develop and approve new interventions, from architectural rendering for spaces proposal, to layouting and preliminary design.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

For special project such as boutiques and flagship stores, we coordinate all the involved stakeholders, we elaborate the constructive&plants design and manage the construction phase in order to ensure the final result.

TECHNICAL AND QUALITY DUE DILIGENCE

We developed and implemented an auditing system in order to make sure that both the regulatory and standard propriety issues are addressed and monitored over time.
